Data We Collect
Only what we need to run the service.
- Account details: email, username, hashed password, and session tokens.
- Operational telemetry: endpoints called, timestamps, token counts, and error codes.
- Billing metadata: payment method references, invoices, and fraud checks handled by our payment processor.
- Support interactions: messages or files you intentionally send to our team.
How We Use Data
- Operate and secure authentication, keys, and billing.
- Provide usage dashboards and cost estimates for your workspace.
- Improve reliability with aggregated, de-identified metrics.
- Send transactional notices and respond to support requests.
Retention & Security
- Prompts and completions are processed transiently and not stored by default.
- Operational telemetry (token counts, timestamps, error codes) is retained for billing, fraud prevention, and reliability.
- Payloads are never used for model training.
- API keys and tokens are encrypted at rest; passwords are hashed with industry-standard algorithms.
- Audit, invoice, and fraud records are retained only as required for legal or compliance purposes.
Your Choices
You stay in control of your data.
- Request access or export of your account data at help@abliteration.ai.
- Request deletion of your account and keys; billing records may be retained where law requires.
- Opt out of non-essential emails via the unsubscribe link in each message.

- OAuth identity provider for optional single sign-on.
