The rules for using abliteration.ai, including account responsibilities, payments, and acceptable use.

Using Abliteration

  • You must be at least 18 and provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and API keys generated from your account.
  • You will comply with applicable laws, export controls, and third-party terms that apply to your use.

Credits & Billing

  • Usage is metered in tokens and billed via credits; payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor.
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by law.
  • You are responsible for taxes, chargebacks, and fees resulting from your payment method.

Acceptable Use

  • No illegal, harmful, or high-risk activities (including anything that may harm people or infrastructure).
  • No attempts to evade authentication, rate limits, or to probe, disrupt, or overload the service.
  • We may investigate abuse and suspend access that violates these terms or applicable law.

Data Handling

  • Payload retention: prompts and outputs are processed transiently and not stored by default.
  • Operational telemetry: token counts, timestamps, endpoints, and error codes are retained for billing and reliability.
  • You are responsible for any logging you enable in your own applications or infrastructure.

Service Changes

  • Models, pricing, and features may evolve; material changes will be communicated in advance when feasible.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for maintenance, security, or if required by law.

Liability & Disclaimers

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness, accuracy, or non-infringement.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid in the prior three months.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, and disputes will be handled in that venue unless prohibited by local law.
